First tower, the Rocca Guaita, the oldest tower in the city. Free entry by showing the Badge. Entry 9:00 - 16:30 (exit 17:00).

The steep climb leading to the tower offers various photographic opportunities, from Piazza dei Cannoni to the tower itself. The Rocca or Guaita has a beautiful inner garden full of photo sets. The chapel of Santa Barbara inside also deserves to be photographed. Walkways on the walls and tower rooms are of great interest.
